Small Group Instruction

At TMS, we prioritize building and strengthening relationships with our students through small group instruction and dedicated classroom support. By maintaining class sizes below state requirements, we are a nurturing environment that promotes healthier learning experiences. This approach not only benefits our students but also provides our teachers with the necessary support to create a collaborative and consistent classroom atmosphere. Ultimately, our commitment to individualized attention enhances educational outcomes for every child.

Morning Circle

We welcome our students for the morning with warm hugs and hellos. As we prepare for the day, students review songs and concepts for the week, while interacting with their peers, and establishing a sense of self in the classroom.

Daily Focus

Each day students are engaged with daily activities that support the overarching monthly classroom themes. These lessons vary from ELA, art, math, science and music.

Structured Play

Students have time to engage in meaningful play independently, or in pairs. These activities foster both creative and new concepts of learning, while using familiar objects in the classroom.

The Modern
Curriculum

Welcome to our curriculum overview. We recognize that education encompasses more than just academics. Our in-house curriculum is thoughtfully designed to offer families a comprehensive approach through tailored instruction and formal assessments. By fostering active communication among parents, educators, and administration, we create supportive environments that enable students to excel. At the of each academic year, we conduct parent conferences to discuss individual student progress and set future objectives, providing families with detailed assessments that encompass various developmental domains.
